You will receive confirmation of your visit by mail.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

If you must cancel a reservation for a planetarium show or a Challenger Learning Center mission, please send a written note at least three weeks in advance. You may use conventional mail; e-mail to ebarker@kvcc.edu or FAX, attention Elizabeth Barker at (269) 373-7997. When weather conditions require school cancellations, we will attempt to reschedule your visit.

If your school/group arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start of your planetarium program, the Museum reserves the right to substitute a shorter show if time allows, and/or will attempt to fit your group into the next scheduled show.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel a confirmed mission or planetarium show with less than three weeks written notice, your school/group will be billed a late cancellation fee of $100 per mission and/or $45 per planetarium show. This fee will not be charged if your school or the Museum is closed due to inclement weather. Schools will not be able to book further programs until the late fee is paid.
