Oct. 20 & 21, 1913

Mon. October 20, 1913

Went to school, heard one of the finest lectures I’ve ever listened too. By Mr. Lovejoy on “Child Labor”. This P.M. I worked in the labatory [sic] until 6:o’clock on that awful experiment of weighting[sic] a liter of oxygen. This evening I studied then went to bed.

Tues. October 21, 1913

Nothing important happened today this P.M. I studied then went to Y.W.C.A. it was fine today,  on foreign missions I wonder if I will ever be a missionary? This evening I was so tired I went to bed. There is a roller skating party tonight that I wanted to go to the worst way but nobody asked me  Ralph doesn’t rollerskate [sic] Oh dear I wish I could go!
