Plastics

Examine and experiment with plastic materials, and gain an understanding of why this material is such an important part of everyday life. At three testing stations, explore many of the properties of plastics: light weight, scratch and impact resistance, deformation resistance, ability to be easily molded, low thermal conductivity, and electrical insulation.
