Cancellations and Late Arrivals
If you must cancel a reservation for a fee based program, please send a written note at least two weeks in advance. You may use conventional mail, e-mail to email@example.com, or fax attention Elizabeth Barker at (269) 373-7997. When weather conditions require school cancellations, we will attempt to reschedule your visit.
If your school/group arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start of your planetarium program, the Museum reserves the right to substitute a shorter show, if time allows, and/or will attempt to fit your group into the next scheduled show.
If you cancel a confirmed mission or planetarium show with less than two weeks written notice, your school/group will be billed a late cancellation fee of $45 per program. This fee will not be charged if your school or the Museum is closed due to inclement weather. Schools will not be able to book further programs until the late fee is paid.
In addition to the classroom teachers, one adult chaperone is required for every six students to help us keep the Museum a safe and pleasant place.
